Catalogue of the celebrated and valuable collection of American coins and medals of the late Charles I. Bushnell, of New York

This well-known collection was formed during the last thirty years by the late Charles I. Bushnell, Esq., a lawyer of New York city, and whose decease occurred the 17th of ninth month, 1880. About three months before his death, he gave us the pleasure of looking at his collection, a favor he very rarely conferred on any one, and in passing over it, he made many comments and remarks, and where we give his statements they are from these conversations. Mrs. Bushnell, the sole executrix, has assured us that every piece she knew of has been placed in our hands. All are to be sold to the highest bidder.
