Meriden Britannia Company 1868 Ice Bucket or Pitcher You are bidding on a Meriden Britannia company Ice Bucket or Pitcher. It says PAT. June 13,1868 and PAT. November 30,1868. It also has number 207 on bottom, along with two circles with the name Meriden B. Company and a old scale in middle. On the other circle it says Meriden Britannia Quaduple Meriden.CT. On the lid it does have the number 88 on it The design on it is a fish,flowers,birds,lilly pads. It has very detailed work on it. It is about 14 inches tall and is about 12 inches wide at widest part. It is very heavy. It is a beautiful piece.
