VICTORIAN AESTHETIC TRANSFERWARE PLATE ~ FRUITS 1885 Description & Details AESTHETIC GREEN TRANSFERWARE PLATE FRUITS PATTERN Hollinshead & Griffiths Potteries, Unicorn Pottery Tunstall, Staffordshire England c. 1880 This large victorian aesthetic 10 1/4 " dinner plate is transfer printed in luscious green. The clear and crisp FRUITS pattern features an tiny butterflies dancing among the many fruits. Grapes and cherries, apples and plums, raspberries and tropical fruit create a culinary delight. The pattern displays the victorian eras love of nature. Condition is ellent with a tiny stilt mark along the edge. No chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs.
